Anthony Robbins' Personal Power 2* is a one month course designed to improve pretty much every area of your life. There is a recording to listen to every day where Tony* gives advice on various topics. He also gives instructions for things to do each day before listening to the next recording.
Due to the length of this course, and that you need to take part everyday, it may be too intensive for some people. If you have never done any self emprovbement courses, listened to any self improvement audio books or read any self improvement books, this might not be a good place to start.
On the other hand, it may be just the kick up the backside that you need to sort your life out. It's probably best for you to decide. But my preference would be to try one or two of Tony's shorter audio books first, such as Awaken the Giant Within*.
The course content itself is fantastic. Tony* is probably the best self improvement guru around, and this course demonstrates why. He's clear and consistent. Everything is explained very well and unlike a lot of others, he practises what he preaches. In this course he gives frequent examples from his own life where his principle have helped him, or examples from before he understood his principles, showing where things went wrong because of his ignorance.
As well as covering obvious topics of improvement, such as motivation and success, this course also covers topics that you wouldn't normally see in these types of courses, such as health improvement. Tony* doesn't come out with the latest food scares or this week's random food advice, it's just common sense simple advice that we can all follow to improve our health and wellbeing without worrying about unnecessary nonsense reported in the gutter media.
In summary, it's a fantastic all round course for the dedicated improver, but you may need a gentler intro if you're a novice to this sort of thing.
Anthony Robbins Personal Power 2* is really difficult to get hold of in the UK. I have only found it available on audio cassette*.
